BEAZER PHENOLIC FOAM ROOF INSULATION ("PFRI") HAS BEEN PROVEN TO CORRODE METAL ROOF DECKS WHICH CAN LEAD TO COMPLETE STRUCTURAL FAILURE. IF YOUR PFRI INSULATION WAS INSTALLED WITH A METAL ROOF DECK, YOU ARE ENTITLED TO SUBSTANTIAL MONETARY DAMAGES TO RESOLVE THIS CONDITION. AS A RESULT OF THE DISTRICT COURT'S FINAL JUDGMENT DATED DECEMBER 13, 2000, BEAZER EAST, INC. HAS AGREED TO PAY SUBSTANTIAL COMPENSATION WHICH COVERS 100% OF THE COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH DAMAGE TO METAL ROOF DECKS CAUSED BY PFRI, AND PRORATED SETTLEMENTS FOR ROOF REPLACEMENTS REQUIRED TO REMOVE PFRI.
